Disclaimer...

By no means do any of us know everything there is to know about pregnancy, labor, and child rearing. Particularly with pregnancy and labor there were things My husband and I really wished people would have told us, had been published, or had been stated during the birthing class/tour. For us even though it has only been a short time; this blog will serve our experience, opinions, and findings to share with others who may be looking for information. I am not going to censor the content; so it might get icky and gross.. but if you have children.. poop, piss, puke, blood and other various substances should not surprise you. They are 'part' of the experience known as life.

BUSY!!!!

So Wow.. It has been a bit!! Ok so it is true you get busier with children.  My little guy is just over a year, and let me tell you it has been a ride.  I am sure there are things we could have done better and worse.. and it would appear as if everything is finally starting to fall into place and work out.

One thing that has recently happened to us is the whole car getting hit with the car seat and baby in it.  It was only a fender bender parking lot type deal.  But still we are replacing the car seat.  As silly as it sounds... but the manufacture states any damage to your vehicle can cause damage to the frame and plastic of the seat.  So our insurance is replacing it.

I did my own research on the little mom and parenting sites.. and I am applauded to see families not doing this.  Does it sound ridiculous.  Yes. going 10 miles an hour and you replace it.  Are you children worth this. YES.  This is also why you do not buy seats used. Who is to say they did not turn it into their insurance and then sell it for 20 bucks to a second hand store.  Really sick.  But totally all over the internet.  WTH is wrong with people.  Your children are precious gifts, and cannot make the decision themselves to be in a safe car seat.  Please protect them by making responsible choices!

fortunately I will say that my insurance company takes the seat.  THANK YOU Gieco! For understanding family needs and taking care of things for all the dishonest sickos out there!
